Online Bill Pay 

Online Bill Pay is an easy way to pay your bill on your schedule. We accept all major credit & debit cards & offer this convenient service free of charge.

*Note: when completing the online payment form, please enter the account number on the bill into the Invoice Number Field & the service address into the Description Field. Enter your billing address in the Billing Info Field.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order, please include the bottom half of your bill & mail payments 5-7 business days before the due date to avoid a late fee assessment.

Payment Drop-off at Town Hall

Come see us at Town Hall Monday-Friday from 8-4 or, for after business hours, there is drop box located beside our front door. We accept cash, check, money orders, debit & credit cards.

You can make a one-time debit or credit card payment over the phone at any time during regular business hours (252) 568-3181.
